Esa fue la primera vez que escuché la música de María Elena Walsh. Un año más tarde, sus personajes y sus historias ya me habían cambiado la vida.
Poco después de la grabación del casette, mi mamá volvió a México y ella y Ara no volvieron a verse. Veinte años hace de eso y justamente este viernes Ara vendrá desde El Salvador y se reunirán.
Hoy murió María Elena Walsh y en mi mundo estamos tristes. Pero, hey, en el reino del revés seguramente están contentos. Adiós, María Elena, vamos a ver cómo es.
